I saw a clip art picture while looking for print ideas for my son's western wedding. The revolvers didn't suit the wedding motif but I decided to make a couple of belt buckles. Scrolled the pattern through contrasting wood with a 2/0 blade, then reversed the inserts.

Clever, I like it

I've never done a belt buckle, what does the other side look like? Where do you get or how do you make the hardware?

I purchased the beltbuckle hardware a few years ago from Rings & Things, on line. Item #30-193 Buckle Blank, Nickel Silver, White 1x2"
Basically two pieces, the belt loop and a flat metal mount with the belt hook welded on. Two holes permit attachment with micro screws (not included) On other buckles, (I make a few every once in a while when I'm bored and have an idea) I have used a bit of epoxy to add strength to the combination.
