somebody put end rails for a SS on e-bay and I got them

had a piece of 3/4" birch plywood left out from making some jigs and a
1x1x1/8 aluminum angle

I started out making a new floating table, but I said hay I can mount my router on it. Now I can use my fence or mount my shaper fence on it.

While making I wish I had 1/4" thick angle, because I had to thread for the knob locks. 1/8" material is just a little to thin and the thread went through the angle. Had to put a thin washer between the angle and knob lock.

wish I had more rails from a 510 to make floating tables and out riggers.

An interesting mix of parts.

The floating table has the old version rails but with the newer jack screws.

The router table has the new version of the rails, but with the old version jack screws.

Regardless it is a nice setup!!!

I got 8 new version of jack screw with the rails. I put the new version of the jack screw on my table and extensions, so I used the old one for the router table. The reason is that I will use the table and extension more than I will the router table. I used what I have.
