Replacement chuck key won't fit older Jacob's chucks!

I recently ordered 2 replacement drill chuck keys to replace keys that I sent down the road with some of my previous Shopsmiths. (I have surplus chucks.) The new chuck keys WILL NOT fit the old Jacob's 3326 chucks. The shaft is too large to fit in the recess. They barely fit in the Shopsmith brand chuck. This is not a problem just noticed by me, but also by another user that has had the same experience with his old Greenie Jacobs chuck either. This might just be a 3326 chuck issue, but I don't have any other chucks to try it in. I will be contacting customer support in the morning. I just wanted other users who are using the 3326 chucks to not use the Shopsmith replacements.

JPG,
I don't understand your reply. I ordered what Shopsmith's website said was the correct key for the Jacobs chuck. The correct key is not what I received.

"K32" key.
1/4" 'pilot hole'.
