Since several members have shown their wild life photos I thought I'd show you my latest back yard guest. He's about 8 feet.

Please send us pictures of the capture (but not the dressing) and the cooking and recipe for the cream sauce. We are waiting with baited breath (perhaps with a whiff of Kentucky bourbon).

Looks like your average Louisiana yard dog! I was fortunate not to ever have one in my yard but we used to have one come into the vehicle maintenance compound every year when I was stationed at Barksdale AFB.

I have not had that but, we get spicey alligator sausage from LA at a local butcher all the time. Great!!!

What ever happen to the farms they use to have like this one?

LOL. Love the no trespassing sign. You gotta grow another pair of eyes in the back of your head to work there. Different world back then...
