This is a .png file with transparent background to see if I can save it here then download and change to a .ico file.

For those that understand this sort of thing you can now add posts with icons by making the background transparent when saving as a .png file. The .png will upload here (.ico will not). Then save the .pmg file and convert to .ico format. Then it can be used to change the folder icon and there you have it.
BTW this is a huge icon file so if you want to use it you might want to shrink it down a bit.
