Band Saw Lower wheel removal

What is the procedure and what is needed to remove the lower wheel on a SS band saw?

Well it was a bit in my way for removing the lower guide block assembly and wanted to clean this really gunky saw dust behind it. No air compressor to blow it out.

Are you referring to the bolt that holds the bearing retainer clip? It was easy with a box wrench.
