Any MKV 500 users out there want to share pics of their table saw sleds? Might give me some ideas. OK, you other Shopsmith users can too, eventually I'll get a MK7.

Probably you are interested in home-built ones. This one you can buy. Incra 5000. It is very accurate and can do all the angles.
My full review.

On the cut off side I believe those are just to be able to mount the miter bar in various positions.
On the sled side, the larger holes give access to the Incra miter bar inserts that adjust the fit of the bar to the slot.

Does the Incra crosscut sled accommodate dado blades? I need to cut rabbets on long cabinet pieces and need a crosscut solution that will work with a dado blade.
Thank you!

Woodsmith magazine has plans for a very versatile (but somewhat complex) sled that should work for you.

Alternatively, you can use a more conventional crosscut sled design, and mount sacrificial inserts in recesses in both the bed and the fence.
Personally, after starting construction on a crosscut sled, I switched gears, mostly because of the dado thing, and bought a 50's-vintage cast-iron DeWalt radial arm saw. Those things are built like tanks, and are ideal for crosscutting operations. Ripping, not so much. Which means that they make a great complement for a table saw.

It isn't meant for that. The main sled and the cut off sled work in conjunction to give you zero clearance on either side of the blade. If you used a dado you'd have to cut off more of each and then it wouldn't work as a zero clearance sled.
