I bought that on Saturday for my B Day, instructions are next to useless. So looking for some experienced knowledge here from users on them. It came with a .9 and 1.8 tip, it is pretty ambiguous on which one to use for Shellac, or Oil Poly. My Finishing Bible by Bob Flextner is in Atown, which has a chapter on it. I wont be home till the 28th of June for 11 days.
I searched on Amazon for a book just on spraying but nothing really popped up. Maybe check out there again and see what that other great Finishing author has and its content, I cant think of his name at the moment, but will recognize it when I see it.

Mine came with two tips, also. I mostly spray thinned varnish.
I tested each tip on a piece of cardboard. Can't remember which one was best but the one I chose does a good job.
Testing mixes and spray tips is the easiest and best way, IMHO. And cardboard lets you see your pattern real easily.

I will do some experimentation, after some reading.
