I am not a Mark VII owner, but I know there are 3D printed replacements available. Most are plastic, but I have seen metal ones before as well. Here is one on eBay:

Looking for a speed control bracket for my 1967 shopsmith mk VII. I believe that the part number is 501332. Any help would be greatly appreciated
