I am sometimes disliked here or offend some, it is not my intention.
As a manager when the email/net came out, I told my subordinates if you send an in house email it is sent, not like the old company in the pick up basket at 330ish to who evers basket in the am you could find there in the morning and grab it b4 he got into his office.
I told them there is no connotation of voice, and none here so take it with a grain of salt, and knowing my personality.

As a fairly young vet (working on becoming an older vet, but takes lots of practice...) I would say do not worry about how you are understood on the Web. Reading other people's comments are like going to a psychic; you are going to interpret the message however you wanted to interpret it before you even start reading it. Some want to read drama and see the drama. Others read it and see the bright side of everything. Others still walk in looking to be offended, and will be offended by literally everything.

So keep on sharing that wisdom and personality ERLover. Happy 4th.
