"New private message has arrived"

Email arrived. When I clicked the link it took me to this:

I have not had this experience before. Interesting, not sure who puts the hold on and can't say I saw a way to do that in the PM but then I never knew to look for it if it is a user thing.

Your mailbox is probably full and it can't accept any more. Instead of rejecting the PM, it stores in a holding place until you clean out some PM's to make room.

Well you were right the box was full. Sort of a cryptic way to let you know. At least now I know what to look for if I see that message again.
