Back to SS after Thirty Years

I joined the forum back in Feb. 16 Haven't been doing much since then. Got a SS at an action and started to work on fixing it up to use, still want it to look good.

Lookin' fine!

The detail that really grabbed me was the black border around the edge of the jigsaw table. I appreciate good design when I see it, but I'd be a very poor man if I had to make a living creating graphic designs. :(

Your thread titile suggests that you had/used a Shopsmith thirty years ago. What's the story?

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)

I just loved coming home after work and Building tables and turning bowls. The story is, X got everything and the kitchen sink.. Sold all..

Sounds like you're on the come-back trail, though, hobby-wise. We're all looking forward to seeing MIB II (Machines in Black, the sequel)!
