Just watched a video on making your own saw blade. Figured some members here would like to try. Looks easy!

I've had enough paper cuts to believe this would be mighty painful if you cut yourself on it.

Fascinating! Neat idea! Might come in handy sometime when a real thin kerf is needed.

What is the point or purpose, other then it can be done???
I can string a bow saw with Dental Floss and cut wood, why would I want to???

I'm thinking of a repair - or to saw a drawer front from a cabinet in order to have perfectly matching grain and color.

Here's a drawer done that way, but it would have been cooler with a thinner kerf.
