Removing Rust from Way Tubes and Bench Tubes

Been procrastinating on building a rack to hold my Evaporust pipes for de-rusting bench and way tubes in my newest storage building.

Now they can be secure and out of the way. Salvaged sections from a salvaged 10ER bench that had rotted on one end. Gibbs rule to not waste good applied.

If it will just stay dry for a while I can get some more stuff done.
