What part number is this?

I was curious if the green and grey scroll saws are the same number. I have a grey one I picked up and this part in the pics with the allen wrench pointing to it is broken. I think it's part number 87. Any thoughts?

That is an area that has been changed. Hopefully someone will post a pix of the modified design.

P.S. If not update it with the new parts(I think it would work better). I do not know if the old parts can be drilled/tapped.

BTW, I searched this and I got nothing. Oddly, this is the only SPT manual I don't have...at least for the tools I have.
