Customer Service Hours

As part of our tests to explore options to improve customer service, we will be adding the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 noon (EDT) for the next few Saturdays.
You're welcome to call our regular toll-free number (1-800-543-7586) with any questions you have during this time.

FYI
We have adjust the Customer Service Hours on Saturday to 9am-1pm EST.

That time will change November 6th.
It's easier for me to just say Eastern time.
Let the Feds figure out when DST starts and ends/

Just get used to GMT. When I was an a active Ham radio operator (KB0ES) I spoke GMT. That way every one in the world was on the same time without any conversion.

Just be happy they are now open for business on Saturdays, whatever the hours.
