I have made two orders recently a BS door and crank handle both orders are taking forever to get here. Don't know if it's fedex's fault or shopsmith, but it is becoming ridiculous. Been three weeks since I made these orders, since then I have had two Amazon orders that I made a week after these that are already here and delivered. Watching the tracking info and for two days it says they are out for delivery but never show up, now it says pending...jeez...I think maybe shopsmith needs to change carriers because fedex is making them look bad, not letting SS off the hook, took a week and half before they even shipped, but Fedex sure is taking their time, seems my house is very hard to find. Not just orders, I ask a question from tech support from SS and it took two weeks to answer my email, why is Shopsmith so SLOW about every thing..

I cant give you specifics on yours, but Sunday I ordered 2 items from Amazon Prime, said I have them Tuesday, out for delivery, 1:34 Tuesday PM I get an email, they are delayed. 4:35 PM said they were delivered, now I have a lap top in the garage, and have in the past met the UPS/FedEx/USPS mid way in the driveway as they were scanning a package, go to the garage and check tracking on them, DELIVERED!!! That fast!!! As far as the last 2 items, I never got them, Amazon sent out new ones after contacting them Wednesday late AM, hand delivered last night about 8 PM.

They got here finally, very disappointed with the cover, started another thread about it, but about 9:30 I thought I would check the tracking # again to see if they were going to deliver tomorrow, and it said delivered left at door...what...so I go to the front door and look outside, sure enough there they were, man he could have at least knocked on the door...jeez...if I had not check the tracking they would have been out until morning, cause I went out and closed the gate and locked the front door around 9:00 figuring they ain't going to deliver this late, wasn't there then...lol...gotta get me another dog, these cats don't let you know if some one is outside the way a dog would ...

Nothing like a good dog Cats are for micing. Ya they dont ring the bell or knock any more, none of them.
