Nice craftsmanship. Great finish! I especially like how you utilized the wood. Great joints!

Farmer, I sure hope you don't plan to use that pallet for livestock feed ... you just never know what toxins might have been spilled on a coffee table!

This morning after I arose from my pallet which by the way has no slats, while trying to decide what would satisfy my palate, I was browsing the forum and saw your coffee table pallet. I wondered if the palette of colors and stains I have would allow me to build something for the fall season suitable to my wife’s palate.
Not being one into Pilates or yoga, the shop is strenuous work and that’s my story and I am sticking to it.
Ah, my Java is ready and I will put my coffee on the table and contemplate what would work for me, and what wood will work for me as the aroma fills the air and wakes my wife who will soon join me…. Oh yeah I still have to sharpen the Jointer Blades… I almost forgot…
When I finish my second cup, and the pancakes, bacon and eggs soon to be on the platter for the both of us, I hope to have a suitable platitude to offer her, as I await the first series of NFL games, which will tear me away from the shop, if they remain competitive. If not, then I will be bored or have to find more boards or some platitudes for my attitude…. Maybe we can go pick up some more pallets down off skid row….
Ah, “good morning Love”…. I have to go and plate some things up now…. Yes, it gets a bit sappy around here from time to time, but sap makes the best maple syrup you know….. No, surely that pallet I saw isn’t maple, but the one I picked up at the glass store last week was…. and the plywood panels may have been mahogany …. yet again, I digress.
