Commercials

I tried calling Shopsmith this morning and had to go through a number of commercials trying to talk to someone about my saw guard. I am not interested in a medical alert system or a trip to Florida. Has anyone had this problem. It seems they are not dedicating there site to woodworkers. I tried to not answer the questions and was disconnected twice. I hope they have a moderator that reads the forum. Thanks Larry

Please make sure you were calling 1-800-543-7586. No commercials from us.
It should be answered with a "Thank you for calling Shopsmith" recording.

I have somehow misdialed in that manner before over the years, and got the same thing. It was not Shopsmith. I have no clue who it was, as I hung up.
