Today in the Kitchen - Nut Balls

This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada, we are having our family dinner today (Sunday). The main course will be roast turkey 
but my daughter is a vegetarian (not vegan) so I made a batch of Nut Balls for her.
I got the recipe from her mother (my first wife) and it was one of my favorites dishes when we were married. They taste just like meat balls.
