One of the things that I use my 520 for is a lot of drawer building. It is the perfect machine to groove for the drawer bottoms and also drill holes to attach the drawer fronts.

I use the 2 pass method with a standard blade to make a groove to fit the 5MM plywood used for the bottoms.

I have a question, Why is your countersink hole on the inside of the drawer box? Is that to attach the drawer fonts?
