T-track

Any one else using the T-track on their fence's , if so did you inlay metal track or use the T-track router bit.?

I have a 520, so the fence already has T-slots, top and sides. My router fence does as well.
For jigs, I've been cutting them with a T-slot router bit. That's been working out just dandy, and you sure can't beat the price! I do use proper 5/16 T-bolts though; the larger head applies considerably less pressure to the jig material than a carriage bolt.
I just made a sacrificial top for a track-saw jig from MDF, and even that stuff holds up fine to reasonable clamping pressure. Aluminum track isn't really an option for this jig, as the track saw would cut into it.
There's some pics of a pattern jig I made for my overarm pin router over at this link. I routed T-slots into plywood for this one.
