Planer pulley source

Hello all,
I have a Shopsmith mark v mounted planer, unfortunately both of my mark v's are down with broken speed control pork chops amid other issues so I am using my 10er as the shop workhorse.
I have an opportunity to pickup a 1.5 electric motor , 3450 rpm, for almost nothing. Would it be possible to get a pulley that mounts to my planer spt connect port (or replaces the spt connector allen screwed on it) that would let me use this motor as a temporary power source for the planer? I have a bunch of 1/2" v link belt I can use to deal with belt issues.
Thanks for any help.
