I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Shipwright, JPG and all of you. Recently I received the 500 motor he(Shipwright) sold on Ebay and its like new.

My machine was recovered in the back yard of a friend and it was sitting there rusted and non working. It was in pretty bad shape.

The motor (Of course you all know this) was fried. and Shipwright happened to be selling one for an upgrade.

Today, I spent all day with brillo pads, car wax, abrasives, screwdrivers and hex drivers taking her apart and putting her back together. In fact, I hooked the motor in, plugged it in and she absolutely purred, from low to high no issues at all, even running on a non dedicated circuit for testing.

As of today, my 500 is spinning again and I can not be happier.

I need a few small items to get it working, but I am very thankful for your help.

I also want to thank JPG for his patience in assisting me and letting me know about the motor for sale. I appreciate everyone who helped very much. I will post pics later (My shop is a train wreck), but I am off to look for these minor parts to get her started performing again.

Thanks again!!!
