Firstly: My apologies if this is redundant, or of no use to anyone, or if this is posted in the wrong sub-forum.
I found some old plans in a .PDF file online, taken from an article from an old magazine, "Hands On!" from 1982. I've heavily modified them, changing the simple sliding shelves to full drawers, and changing the structural sides, top/bottom, big shelf, and partition from 1/2" plywood to 3/4". No such thing as over-engineering.
Here is a link to it on the SketchUp 3D Warehouse:

NOTE: This is drawn to scale. You should be able to download to SketchUp and use it to get actual dimensions for cutting.

Well, so far 16 people have downloaded the model.

I guess it was useful to someone. :-D

This is beautiful! Thank you very much for sharing your work. I've been needing to re-make mine, and you just made my job about 1000% easier!!

Glad you found it useful!
You will like this even further. Today I laid out each part in the model on a 4x8 sheet of virtual plywood, so you have a full cutsheet to go by. Updated the model on 3D Warehouse. Go re-download it.

Before you start cutting materials, make certain that you have adequate space between castings (headrest and base arm). This cabinet needs about 48" of exposed Way Tubes.

Well, the original design was created in 1982 and lots of people have made it. So...I'm assuming that was accounted for.
I guess I'll find out as I make it.

Easy enough to check, but, moving the horizontal 'hangers' to the inside of the side pieces will make that moot(?).

Very true.
Just checked my design in Sketchup. With the hangers on the outside, it is exactly 49" from side to side. Moving them inboard would fix any issue.

Do you plan on mounting casters or will it hang on the tubes all of the time?
