Finished my latest project this morning- a segmented vase that matches my last one which was sold to a friend. Well another friend (yes I have more than one!) wanted one also. So did my wife and she wanted another for my son who is getting married next month. So, I cut segments for three more, all at the same time. The shopsmiths were used as table saws, and sanders, but this one was turnd on the Powermatic. Maybe one of the others will be on the Powerpro! I used the old Mark V as the saw for ripping, the Powerpro for cutting segments. Both had more than enough power to get the job done without sweating! I used the new to me outfeed table and it is sweet. I owe Dusty some pics of the mounting hardware...

Be kind!

You gotta love doing that(BTW you are good at it!!!!).
Could not help but notice drop off between the table and the ext table. Is it not adjustable?

Great work Chris. Takes a lot of patience with preparing the segments for the vase. You also have a very nice set-up.

IIUC? the segment angles(# segments/ring) are constant, and the lengths increase to make larger rings?

Thank you, it is rewarding to do! I am making three in this batch, one down, two to go...
Yes, the table is adjustable, but lazy me has not yet done so! Brand new, so still getting used to it. It was worth the cost and wait.
