Squeak and wobble with the Power Pro headstock

I was always impressed when I got my new PowerPro headstock as to how quiet it was. Suddenly it doesn't seem to be as quiet. I'm not so sure, but before I tear into it I wanted to know if anyone else's sounds like this and is this normal. Attached are three 10 second videos at slow/medium/high speed to see what you think. It's kind of a chirping sound and a wobble at higher speeds. Thank you. (Hopefully in reposting this again I got the video to work).

First thing I would check is to see if the Idler Shaft is fully seated in the eccentric. It has a habit of working itself to the right into the headstock if the eccentric housing bolt has become loose. Next would be to check the tension balance of the two belts as outlined in your manual. Those are the two easiest fixes because all you have to take off is the belt cover to check them.

I didn't think the PowerPro had 'belts' and was more of a direct drive. Am I wrong on that or did you assume that I had the older headstock?

The PowerPro has two belts...one between the motor and an idler shaft, and the other between the idler shaft and the main output spindle. What it does NOT have is the two expanding sheaves and the belt between them for changing speed.
The video you're being pointed to shows how to adjust the position of the eccentric bushing to balance the tension of the two belts. When correctly adjusted, the PP runs smooth and quiet. When mis-adjusted, you get bearing noise. It's very apparent, when you actually do the adjustment, where the correct spot is.

The video worked this time.
That sounds like it needs a belt adjustment. Listen for quiet while doing the adjustment.
There is also a rattle that is more likely something exterior vibrating, check all the locks and look for something loose, depth stop wind/knob comes to mind. Also the handles can do that sort of noise if not tight.
