Picked up a NIB older model 67357 HF variable speed tool Friday for $10. Not a fan of HF but the price was right. I know I can get better internet prices on blades than at HF but haven't a clue as to what blades to get. eg.:

BiMetal
Japanese sawtooth
and other stuff.

Advice based on your experience would be helpful.

I've had pretty good luck with Imperial brand bi metal blades from Woodcraft.

I wish I could help you. I bought an oscillating saw about 5 years ago and hardly ever use it. For me, it is a last resort tool when I have to cut something that no other tool can reach. Because of that, I have very little experience with what blades are good and what isn't. I have an assortment of blades with mine, and haven't used any of them or the tool in 2-3 years.

May I suggest you take your tool with you on your next trip to your supply store? You can compare the blades on display with the mounting posts. If memory serves me correctly, the Dremel blades will fit well. I don't believe that the Fein blades will fit your machine.
Another idea is to look on HF site and look for the blades. Please pay particular attention to the mounting shapes on the attachment end of the blades. You may find other blades will fit your machine.

I used the ones that came with my Rockwell for the material they were designated to cut. Most wore very quickly. I bought a variety pack of the Dremel from Lowe's and found them not much better. On some plywood walnut veneer I used DeWalt carbide, but it didn't seem any better than the OEMs with the Rockwell set. I spent what I considered WAY too much money on a Bosch carbide tipped blade and it did seem to cut longer but it wasn't happy when it nicked a nail when I was setting it down. At $23 each I figured I'm not sure they are worth the cost but for me it was a great blade until I screwed it up.
I've not tried the Imperial though I seem to remember that Peachtree has them on sale fairly often and I did think about buying an assortment, but I seldom use that saw anymore.
I've not used the expensive Japanese tooth ones, though there was one that looked like them with Rockwell kit. It didn't hold up at all well but I don't think they are made for plywood or OSB, which is where I tried it.
The bi-metal which came with the Rockwell were fine as a demolish use blade but after about maybe 10 nails or screws, the blade was worthless.
As I said, I seldom use the oscillating saw any more. It does get borrowed by friends putting in new flooring both for patch work and trimming molding.
As I was writing this I do remember a friend who had the Fein system but would buy the DeWalt blades that fit it and liked them, but at that time he couldn't find the Feins locally.
