This thing came with my 10er in the "extras" bucket, but no mounting bracket. I've searched around and can't find one on eBay. I found a thread on here - someone commented that they are difficult to come by.
I don't think I can make the full investment in the table mod, and if anyone has either a line on one of these brackets or dimensions to have one made (Mr. Campbell is apparently a wizard with the steel), any thoughts, info, or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I think selling the whole unit and upgrading to a newer (mk V) SS might be less expensive. I mean a used jointer wouldn't set me back as much as the retrofit job would. And I wouldn't plan on buying a SS bandsaw (no expanded utility for me) - I have a separate one.
Any thoughts or line on a bracket assembly greatly appreciated.

I assume since you mention MKC Tools that you have a MK V jointer and not the original 4E jointer produced for the 10ER. Either way both mounting brackets are extremely rare. FWIW, I don't think Skip's (MKC Tools) price is out of line for the MK V SPT adapter. His work is first rate. By comparison, I snagged a complete original Magna mounting bracket set on eBay 4 or 5 years ago. I had not seen one before and have not seen one since. It cost me $290. An original "A" adapter on eBay, if you ever see one, will be more than that.

There is a thread/pictures of one someone made from hard wood. However you would still need the head stock pulley with the drive hub. The originals are very rare also. So again Skip is the source. You could also drive it with a pulley on the motor shaft but the original is even rarer than the head stock pulley. Again, Skip has that part also.

Another option is make a bench top stand and get a 1/2HP motor and drive it that way.

I didn't mean to sound like I was knocking the mans work, or prices, either. I've come to find nothing but amazing and positive things about his work.
I'm just a new guy trying not to overindulge at every turn. I'm quickly learning that the hobby is not a cheap one and comparing the price of modifying my own machine for the sole purpose of mounting this jointer might not be the route I go.

So you have a "4E" jointer?

Yeah, I'm still learning all of the differences. Now that I'm looking at it I'm not sure it would even be able to mount to the modified table without modifying the actual jointer itself.
I may need to investigate this some more.

It appears I'll need the extra 5" pulley as well....
