I was wondering if I can use a Shop Smith drive belt for my Total Shop Headstock. The one I have now is labeled "A24.5" Also, I need a new Poly V belt as well. Are they interchangeable?

IIRC the SS belt is longer. I do not know re the poly-v belt.

Most belts I am familiar with have a number stamped / printed on them , some can be matched at a hardware or auto parts facility by crossing the number.

Many times if you have a old belt with no numbers the parts house will have a gage that will give the length,,, and you can pick one off the shelf .

I did not see a number on the belt in the ebay add .

I am not sure it would be relevant unless you were ordering it from factory.

We have three places here in town that have belts or can order any thing you need .

As far as a part number for the saw it may not help ya out in a hardware store .

I also need a drive belt replacement for a Total Shop machine (I bought mine in the the late 1980's or early 1990's). You said you found one and I would like to know where you found it so I can see I can get one.
