I'm working closer to a plan, incrementally.
The flag is wrapped to prevent getting dust on it.

FYI,

The last posting was from a Flag case project which concluded elsewhere on the Forum.

Today, I was looking at a big ol' slab of QS Red Oak. Initially I cut it to use the 2 pretty sides, and thought I'd be throwing away the central "pith". But, the pith could be re-sawn and rotated, to yield a bunch of little quarter sawn slats. Thanks, SS bandsaw !!!

I'm not sure what to do with all of this harvest, but I do have a penchant for using small pieces of QS oak:
