Recent shopsmith purchases

So I bought 2 more shopsmiths this week. Just wanted to share about it. The first purchase was on July 4th... A 1989 shopsmith 510 in decent shape for $50 bucks, missing just a few small parts (drill chuck, disc Sander, lathe rest...) but overall should clean up well. Headstock needs work, not too worried. So I was very very happy with that purchase. Could not pass it up.
Then last night I responded to an ad and picked up a 1955 greenie mark 5 ( not "v" on the label and by magna engineering) 500 in rough shape. Definitely needs some work but hopefully will turn out OK. It ran for $425. However the bin next to it perked my interest, a 520 table just laying there so I checked it out. The accessories he had for it was a biscuit Cutter, mortise hold down, and a complete, new and never installed, 500 to 520 upgrade kit. All the tables parts etc... All in the packaging. Only blemish is a moderate scrape on the main table top (either sand it smooth or swap it with my 510 top.). So for the $425 I think I made out well.
Now I get to decide if I restore the 1955 (sn 290060) for fun, or just let it go to another... Not sure yet... I kind of wanted to restore an old 10e or 10er, but can not get a cheep one like I do these mark 5s.
Just wanted to say it must be deal week on Craigslist, cause I think I'm making out like a bandit.
