Speed Control Box for Stand (Pro Planer)

Post by randythewoodchuck »

I'm looking for the speed control box for a Shopsmith Pro Planer. Anyone have any ideas where one might be available. They are very expensive when ordered through Shopmith-more than I can currently afford.

I have been on the lookout for one now for about 2 years. They do not surface very often. I want one for the same reason you are looking. Mine still works but ....

I saw a Pro Planer just south of LA advertised for sale, and just remembered seeing your post about looking for a speed control box ... see the "Heads Up Bargain Available" thread in Community Forum. Might be a long drive (400-500 miles round trip) but worth it.
