I got here today by using Firefox Quantum. The last time I did a browser update I was days getting my short cuts to work properly. Even now, I have some icons that perform with one click while a couple others require two clicks.

I've been beta testing it for a while now. I had no issues going to it other then the normal getting use to a few things in different places but that is all forgotten by now.

I find it faster and for most of the time faster is better for me.

Yes, that is Quantum from a 32 bit processor. I have not loaded it unto the Microsoft Surface (Windows 10) so I don't know if it the same there or not.

64 bit Windows 10. Quantum works great for me. I haven't tested it on Linux yet but will shortly.

I don't know that I'm eager to try it yet. The older Firefox is extremely fast on my computer, and speed is supposed to be what Quantum is about. I suspect that I might not notice the speed difference, and the new look could be a PITA to get used to. New software usually means more frustration when you try to use it.

I understand the hesitation BUT the "new look" is intuitive. This is one change that I really like.

I decided to try it. So far, I see things in different places and more clutter
when I open a new tab. Since the old version was very fast, I don't see any speed difference.
Running it on Linux Mint.
