If my memory is functioning correctly, the planer table was $69 day before yesterday. Today the price is $122. But when it gets added to the cart, it becomes $360.

Talk about 'bait n switch'! At least that is what it resembles.

Any of those three prices is a deal, but I have had my enthusiasm chilled greatly!

A most unusual attitude!!!!!!!!! KUDOS!

I was going to order one or two of the 2-3-4 pulleys today — they should make good 10ER motor pulleys. They were about $7 when the special was first advertised, IIRC. Today, they were almost $20 each. No deal at that price, as I was only shopping for spares.

I placed an order during those prices. I never did get an e-mail confirmation and I could have sworn I saw the funds deducted from my bank account shortly after but don't see it now. Ordered a few items and will be disappointed if it didn't go through. I'll have to try and call them on Monday.

I too ordered some items. I did receive an invoice but no order number to check status, so looked at my order history to find it. You should be able to check on your order by going to your order history. I found it by under Woodworking Resources personal home page. It should at least show if they received your order.

Sorry for the problem.

My mistake, I had expected to be out of the overstock items before Thanksgiving. I have changed the overstock pricing effective dates to have a later end date. This will put the pricing back into effect.

I will check on orders placed the 23rd through the 25th (today), for any that need price adjustments.

5:11 PM Update: All orders have now been corrected. Your online order status will now show the correct amounts.

Can't beat that for customer service. Kudos to Shopsmith!

Assuming they will deliver, A most fair decision.

I am adding to the initial post that SS honored the original pricing!!!!!!!

Thanks, Admin! I just placed an order for a couple of the 2-3-4 pulleys, and a few other odds & ends. Checkout went flawlessly.

Let me add my THANKS ADMIN as well. The ordering online was flawlessly accomplished and an immediate e-mail confirmation was produced. After checking the order status as described above, it is listed as pending 'approval'. Not surprising to me at all. If it is not 'approved', I will understand. If it is 'approved' I will be ecstatic!!!!!

Especially so since shipping was 'free'(not insignificant with a Planer CI Table!)
