Micro Adjustable Table Question?

Does anybody recognize this piece? I got it in a box of miscellaneous ShopSmith parts and attachments. I could not find anything on the ShopSmith site and was wondering if anybody recognized it and could provide a source for additional information.

I don't think it is Shopsmith, It looks like an XY table for a drill press.

Way back when shopsmith use to sell an x-y table. It had a part number that started with AK- or something like that. I wanted one but by the time I had the money they no longer were selling it. I still have the catalog somewhere with it in.
I don't think the one pictured is the same but it has been a lot of years. If I have the time I might try and look it up. I've never seen one pop up on ebay or anywhere else so I don't own one but would have liked to.
