I am looking for Maxiclamp instructions. I picked up a complete set recently and it did not come with an instruction sheet. If anyone had a copy or a pdf I would appreciate it.

I think the instructions should have read:

Get really excited about these then try them a few times and then either sell them or stick them away in a box somewhere for the rest of time.

Mine are in that box.

They were not shopsmith finest idea.

I cannot understand why they seem to get unrealisticly high bids on e-bay e4tc..

I am thinking of using mine to make a few jigs. I want to look at the manual for ideas.

Thank you sidecarmike. I appreciate the offer but another member send me a pdf of the manual. I can really see a use for these clamps for special projects and jigs. I may just be on the lookout for another set one day soon. Thanks again.

Good for you. Unlike what seems to be the popular opinion, I like mine. I use it a lot for small projects where bar and pipe clamps get in the way. I have a dozen different lengths of threaded rods for it.

I really enjoyed your description Ed.
I'm worse off than your "box", I'm actually thinking of giving my set its own shelf in a handy spot to see if I can trick myself into using it.
