Model 610 Replacement Bldes

I recently obtained a Model #610 jigsaw and need to know where I can obtain replacement blades, since Shopsmith no longer supports this model. I'm not certain even what the blade length is. Also, I gained a 20" scroll saw with the same problem. Both units run great with the Power Station, but are useless without blades! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both saws use 5" plain end blades available everywhere. My wife uses Flying Dutchman but Olson and others are OK also.

Pins can be easily removed from coping saw blades.

Fred,
Before you start using the Jig Saw make sure it has oil in the lower assembly. The fill hole is behind the cover plate that has the model and serial number along with other information. The upper spring cylinder should get a couple drops of oil too. This is information included in the manual. If you come up with any other questions about using the Jig Saw or Scroll Saw feel free to ask them here in the forum.

If you don't have the manual for the jig saw you can download it here.
