Pins first ot tails first?

Which do you do, pins first or tails first?

some router jigs can do both at the same time , by hand it shouldn't make any difference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2BsPOUy6VY

With the Incra jig I cut the tails first. I find it easier to adjust the pins.
