WTH is going on!

So I’ve been trying to order power couplers from shop smith for days and can’t seem to get to the payment screen.

I’ve also tried to get on the email list and to no avail!

Is the web site just messed up? Or was it also designed in the 1940s like a model 10

There is something wrong; I would guess that it has to do with the servo (a servo somewhere/this one seems to be working).

The problems that I see here are inconsistent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

What frustrates me at a time like this is that there is no way to inform Shopsmith that there is a problem.

Have you tried calling your order in to Customer Service.
