This is the first time I've seen this from UPS

Most of the time when something doesn't arrive on time no one says why. The package that should have been here today will most likely not make it but at least they say what happened....

What they mean is I received it by accident and I'm not going to give it back

I had an order last month that shipped from Oklahoma. First they sent it east to Missouri, from there it went to two different destinations in Illinois. Finally, they realized it was going the wrong way and turned it west to eventually get to North Dakota. It arrived a few days later than they said, but it arrived undamaged so I can't complain.

They had to ship it into civilization and
then back out into the hinterlands.

Box arrived so the delay was only a day.
