I did find a tune up video. Went to Ebay and searched for Shopsmith Video and found one by Jacob Anderson that covers the tuneup/alignment of the bandsaw.
Some interesting comments on the urethane tires and bearings. Seems like there is a rpm limit on the urethane tires. The older bearings are pretty good too.

Here is a 1hr 10min video podcast on band saws. You can download it or watch it on-line. It's very informative. Just go to podcast #22 "Buying and getting the most out of your band saw". It's not about the Shopsmith, but a band saw is a band saw. Hope this helps.
