just got the "new" brochure from SS ---looks great a few things I have an interest in BUT I called shopsmith with a warranty issue on my PowerPro--I've sent 3 emails over a 3 week period---all I want to do is get the issue fixed---I was told twice someone would return my call Didn't happen--as of yet no one has responded to my emails
am I doing something wrong?
do they think I'll ever buy anything again with this service attitude?
any thoughts

You are probably doing only one thing wrong. Don't rely on email to communicate with Shopsmith. Call them. When they try to put you off by suggesting that someone will call you - don't let that happen. Be persistent - not mean - just persistent. Insist on speaking to someone who can deal with your specific situation.
How old is your PowerPro?
What sort of issue do you have with the PowerPro?

I would likely be asking questions about the Power Pro also. I ordered one at $2100+ and after four weeks never got a shipping conformation, and cancelled my order.
I love shopsmiths quality tools and history, yet it seems they are not communicating well and customer service is all but gone. I don’t mind waiting for good reason and good tools, but no word for over a month is the way to lose sales.
