I was looking at my Ridgid TS-3650 tablesaw regarding out-feed support since I have some 12' stuff I need to rip. I have a couple of adjustable support stands but I'm not too fond of them. I do need to make new top pieces for them. They have a row of those ball roller things and they have never been worth crap especially for ripping fairly narrow stuff.
I started measuring stuff for matching heights and had an immediate match with my SS 510. If I slide the head over to the left and drop the table all the way down the Shopsmith table is about an inch lower than the tablesaw top so I can just adjust the 510 table as needed.
It also works out great with my Foley/Belsaw planer/molder/rip-saw since the way tubes on the 510 are about 1-1/2" lower than the planer table when planing 1" stock. I'll just make an adjustable height cleated plate to sit on the way tubes for use with the planer. Sitting between the tablesaw and the planer is going to be a better location for the 510 than where it was sitting anyway.

Not sure on how your roller's support is mounted ,,could you rig a long roller of flat table ,,,say the size of the small SS end support tables ,,,that wold slip over and or lock to the roller pad ? sounds like you are doing well on what ya have ,I just thought I would toss a idea out there , I have 2 adjustable roller stands from HF and thinking about doing some thing with the ball bearing pad , you are right they each have their place

My shorty, with a wide aux table, sits at a right angle to the full size MKV. About 2' apart. So, I have the shorty's wide aux table, it's main table and the narrow aux table as an outfeed. Works great.
