Just remember that anyone purchasing the entire kit you will still need the motor shaft kit. 5" pulley and motor shaft extension with 3/4 inch three step pully. It's been discussed in another threads here.

Before I placed the first bid on the hinge plate there was a Make Offer Button. I made an offer of $60 which was automatically rejected.
I already have one. But I'll take another if it sells for less than $75.
We shall see.
