Quill stick at full extension.

Hello,
I'm in the process of re-placing the belt on my 1954. head-stock. In the process I noticed the belt rubbing a waytube. Got me to go ahead a take the motor out to inspect the pan , and motor mounts. That required me to remove the switch, Upon inspection it is damaged..one pole pulls completely out. After doing a search on ebay I find it hard to find a simple 4 pole on/of toggle switch, Where would I find a replacement? The old one has screw-on wire connectors. I also ordered a new pigtail..it has the slide-on connectors. So I guess I would want the new switch to have the slide-on connectors. I could convert the motor to slide-on.
I've also noticed the quill sticks when it is full extension. Is this normal for this year machine? If not what could possibly be the issue?
Thanks,
Ron
