Preparing for Christmas (2)

Bad day all around. I went to the Big Orange box store for plywood for Grand-daughter's shelf unit but it seems they no longer offer the seniors discount I was counting on to reduce the price on sanded quality. I decided to buy lower quality and bring it to a smoth surface myself. Then I seemed to have a senior's moment and had them cut 30" off the 8' length. I really meant 20" so now the remaining piece is too short.
To make matters worse, I opened my email tonight and found one from another home center reminding me of the 15% discount for seniors. Too late to take advantage of it.
Oh well, back to square one!
