Mortising Master Jig Part

I purchased the Mortising Jig on eBay for a steal. However it was missing the wooden part of that jig that determines the angle of the cut and holds the work piece in place. Does anyone have that piece that they could trace it on paper and email me an image or pdf of it with some dimensions? I looked on the SS website and could not find just that as a part to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This thread might help.

The important dimension is the spacing between the pivot bolt and the curved slot, :)

And you can download a manual from this link.

I will trace it onto a piece of paper for you and mail that to you if that will help. Just PM me where you want it mailed to.

I have a 1991 manual, it lists the Trunnion as P/N 514240. Mothership indicates that is available but 'may be on back-order or is made upon ordering.' $30.10. I'm not trying to sway your make/buy decision.

Looks like 3-1/4" radius to the slot, you can confirm with the holes you have in the jig.
