tool identification

I tried to post a similar request earlier, but I can't see it.

I'm helping my 85 year old neighbor liquidate his lifelong shop of hand tools, and am trying to do a reasonable job at describing and pricing them. There are two items that I can't describe and thus can't locate any pricing on ebay or otherwise.

One is a set of 3 AMT branded chisels that are curved, almost "fluted". See photo. Any idea what kind of chisels these are, or how to price them.

The second is an item he refers to as a "scraper". I think it is used to form the seat of a chair. Somebody else called it a bowl gouge, but I dont' think that is right. See photo. Again, what's it called and how to price?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
