Not having the SS currently, I tried to find a project I could complete with hand tools, a circular saw and a router table.

My Goggles and masks had been sitting in the amazon box they came in a year ago and getting dustier by the day. So i figured a cabinet was in order with what i had on hand.

Still messing around with the finish and a place to put it-but overall pretty happy with the result.

Nice idea. You need a place to store that stuff where you can find it and it stays clean. I have a row of kitchen style cabinets along one wall of my shop. One of those cabinets is for my safety gear.

I like the cabinet, but building another wall to hold it would be the bigger issue.

I like the cabinet. It is a great idea to keep that stuff together separate from everything else. I remove my respirator filters and keep them in a zip-lock plastic bag. The respirator goes in another plain plastic bag.

I'm considering adding some weatherstripping to the door seal area as it doesn't close over perfectly all the way around and will likely reside in the dusty shop somewhere.
